Salary details: Grade 7, £14.16 - £15.56 per hour, plus allowances
Contract Type: Temporary fixed term contracts until 31st March 2025
Hours: Part time, 12 hours per week, working nights, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

The overarching aim of the Accommodation and Support Hub is to reduce the number of individuals sleeping rough and returning to rough sleeping in Doncaster. The role will be delivered in partnership with the Complex Live Alliance with the intention of providing a stable, independent home and intensive personalised support and case management to homeless people with multiple and complex needs.
The Accommodation and Support Hub will be required to meet the immediate accommodation needs and work with key agencies, partners and stakeholders to provide a holistic needs assessment of those who are experiencing street homelessness/rough sleeping. These individuals will have in most cases Complex Needs. They may have been asked to leave other services for a variety of reasons, or not engaging with services at the time of the referral.
