Services for Children with a Vision Impairment are looking to appoint a Specialist Technical Support Assistant (STSA) to our friendly and dynamic team. You will be able to read and write in Braille to Grade 2 level or prepared to complete the appropriate training in order to do so. You will be responsible, in collaboration with the allocated Qualified Teacher for the Visually Impaired, for managing your caseload of:
Specialist programme delivery visits to schools, homes and nursery settings
Resource production requests (including for braillists and tactile learners)
Session planning and resourcing
