Following the retirement of our current post holder, Wadworth Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a School Business Manager to join the team and make a difference for our children.
The Governors of Wadworth Primary School wish to appoint a talented and enthusiastic School Business Manager to join our staff team as soon as possible.
Wadworth Primary is a small, LA maintained community school, providing education for children aged between 4 and 11 years old.
The successful candidate will be someone who:
- Has proven experience of budget management, monitoring and account reconciliation, together with experience of financial management systems and audit requirements.
- Has experience of managing health and safety together with knowledge of risk, issues and legislation, in relation to education.
- Has experience of working in a busy school or office environment
- Has experience of leading and managing staff
- Is an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual
- Is committed to the highest standards of learning for all
- Is innovative and able to demonstrate exciting and creative thinking
- Demonstrates high standards of themselves and others
- Has the passion to make a difference in our school
- Is a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Is able to form relationships quickly with our children, parents and staff
