A bit about the job:
As a Scheduling and Forecasting Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering effective planning across our operations. This includes updating and maintaining demand forecasts, creating personalised schedules for our team members, and supporting our operations through actionable insights and reports.
You’ll be responsible for analysing data to flag trends and challenges, predict future demand and supply, and provide recommendations to our leaders. By working collaboratively with teams and leveraging predictive modelling, you’ll ensure that our resources are used efficiently, helping the business deliver exceptional results.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in an analytically focused role, with excellent Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving and resource planning abilities.
- Confident communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- A collaborative working style – a real team player.
- Familiarity with Workforce Management software (e.g., Verint I360) and data presentation tools (e.g., QlikSense) is desirable.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary – Circa £34,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
