Ravenscroft Motor Company Limited are one of the largest and longest established independent roadside assistance providers in the UK. We provide a 24 hour service to our customers who include all the major Motoring Organisations and Police.
Due to business expansion within the Southampton, Salisbury, Winchester, Alton and Bournemouth area, we are looking for motivated people to join our team. You will possess a driving licence that entitles you to drive a minimum of a 7.5T vehicle. Ideally candidates should have some motor vehicle industry experience, but if you feel you have an understanding of basic car working you should get in touch.
You will have great customer care skills and be able to communicate effectively with our customers in sometimes stressful and difficult situations.
Our customers break down in all conditions so you must be prepared to work in all weathers, be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
You will receive training, equipment including PPE to enable you to carry out your duties in a safe and professional environment. Industry accredited training courses will be provided.
You will be working a shift pattern of six days on, three days off pattern which will include evening and weekend work as well.
Some mechanical knowledge or an interest in motor vehicles is preferable.
