What you’ll be responsible for:
· To support the People Services Information team in providing proactive and effective workforce information reporting and analysis service to Trust Managers and colleagues within the People Services.
· This position will play a key role in providing the system administration on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and other databases used by the Trust.
· The post holder will be involved in on-going data cleansing and projects to enhance system functionality to ensure the accurate and timely production of ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly data.
· The post holder will maintain the Trust’s establishment and Organisation hierarchy on ESR.
· The Workforce Intelligence and Analytics Officer will also help develop, implement and maintain systems to ensure the efficient and effective collection of all relevant workforce-related information.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· ESR Knowledge and experience
· NHS experience
· Data cleansing experience
· Computer literate
· Strong administrative skills
