We have a lovely client who is looking for live-in support in their own home. Our client lives with her family but will be living on her own with support from Home Instead within the next few months.
She requires help with personal care and domestic duties.
We are initially looking for someone to work on a rota with a second live in carer to establish continuity for this client, so will suit someone looking for long term work.
Responsibilities
- Support client in her own home with various task such as personal care, home help, moving around the home, medication, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Liaise with families and other professionals in order to provide the best quality care at home.
- Promote independence and individuality according to Personal Plan.
- Record daily tasks, notes and any incidents on Access Care Planning App.
- Work as part of a team, effectively communicating with Office Team as well as other Care Professionals.
In Return you will receive
- Rates of pay - £120 Per Day (Working on a one week / one week off rota. £840 or two weeks).
- Paid travel one way to client's home
- 2 hours break each day.
- Ongoing support - we want to make sure you get the most out of your career. Our team will help you along the way. We'll always be there for any advice or guidance you need with 24h out of hours support from our friendly office team.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- You have experience with live-in care, ideally including dementia care.
- You are patient and understanding with a calm and friendly approach.
- You have a genuine, kind, patient, compassionate, caring nature.
- Your communication skills with management, clients, and/or family members are excellent.
Additional Information
As a Live in Carer, you will be provided with a weekly allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and Wi-Fi. Additionally, we offer comprehensive training and support.
