The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care in the UK.
We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - talk to us and tell us what suits you best.
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work daily, we will try to work with your availability - retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends or keen to give something back, then give us a call.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description
Our care professionals work with our elderly clients, and this assistance allows the people we care for to remain happy, healthy and to remain in their own homes. We undertake high quality personal care, light housework duties and companionship to all our clients.
We are seeking caring, kind, reliable people, who enjoy helping others and who take pride in their work.
We will fully train those who have no experience and welcome those that do, ensuring you are continuously professionally developed throughout your career with us.

* Great pay rates starting at £12.00 per hour though averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits.
* Fully paid when training.
* Paid travel time between clients ( some restrictions apply).
* £0.30/per mile & £0.45/per mile when transporting clients to appointments.
* Minimum 1-hour visits - no short visits to clients.
* Holiday Pay & Pension provided.

Qualifications
You must live locally to area you wish to work in.
You must have a clean UK driving licence - Essential.
You must have your own car - Essential.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK - we are currently not licenced to offer sponsorship, or additional work to those currently being sponsored by others.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
