The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.
We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.
We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description
We URGENTLY require new people to join our highly skilled team of care professionals.
We will consider people without any experience who are interested in working within the Adult Care sector and will undertake to professionally train you in all aspects of the role.
You will after training be awarded the nationally recognized Certificate in Care - the first step to a highly regarded professional qualification.
Home Instead provide the whole range of services to clients including personal care, light housework and companionship to all our clients, our aim is to keep clients healthy and happy living within their own homes.

We offer:
* Working day that suits your availability.
* £12.00 - £24.50 per hour (average pay is £14.00 per hour with benefits).
* Minimum 1-hour visits.
* £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile travel expenses.
* Working with the elderly within your own community.
* All training hours paid at basic rate - £12.00per hour.
* Continuity of work.
* Paid travel time whilst travelling between clients (some restrictions apply).

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Valid UK driving licence + own car.
* Reside within our franchise area of operation.
* Available to work on alternate weekend's.
* Right to Work in the UK.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
