With minimum visits of two hours, award winning free training and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the care we provide. We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support. Our aim is to enable our clients to remain independent in their own homes.
We are specifically looking for Care Professionals to support our younger clients with their day to day activities and to promote their independence whilst continuing with their ongoing lifestyle.
Our Care Professionals deliver a range of one to one, companionship services to people in their own homes. Duties can include, light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, shopping/errands. We also offer support in the community, such as outings, activities and escorts to appointments. All our services are personalised to clients’ needs, wishes and preferences and we carefully match our Care Professionals to Clients, taking these into account.
Our quality service allows a minimum visit time with clients of two hours. Care Professionals are employed on a flexible hours contract. We ask our Care Professionals to be flexible and meet the clients needs which may include weekends and occasional evening and night work.
Perhaps you have cared for a family member or had some voluntary experience, but you will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will also need to be reliable trustworthy and respectful, building relationships with your clients.

Qualifications
A Car Driver is required for this role as many of our clients live in remote villages inaccessible by public transport.
