The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.
We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.
We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full UK Driving Licence.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Welwyn & Hatfield. This role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts, making it ideal for individuals looking for part-time work or those who prefer non-traditional hours. Whether you have previous experience in caregiving or are new to the field, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Benefits Include:
- Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour, averaging £14.00 with benefits

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
+ Valid up to date UK driving licence + own car
+ Must reside locally within our franchise region
+ Must be prepared to cover evenings and alternate weekends
+ Must have Right to Work in the UK
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
