Have you ever helped a neighbour out or have you looked after a family member when they came home from the hospital and needed some support? What about helping someone in your local community or in your church group?
Our wonderful Care Professionals allow older people to live long and happy lives in their own homes, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence.
Qualifications
You do not need any experience or particular qualification to become a CAREGiver.
However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be a personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and you are comfortable spending time in the company of others.
Becoming a Care Professional is simply all those things that you do to enhance the quality of life for seniors and to help keep them independent in their own home.

Additional Information
As a Care Professional, you will receive industry leading training, truly excellent support and great rates of pay between £11 and £12 an hour - with visits being no less than an hour. Plus holidays, mileage, travel and wait time as well as double time paid for Bank Holidays. You become part of a person centred team, built for each individual client. Consistent reliability gives the best outcomes, hence why we so carefully match our Care Professionals to our clients.
