Job Description
Are you interested in working evening and weekends? If so , we are looking for people with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients across Eastleigh, supporting and enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. This could be by helping with jobs around the home, going shopping or to appointments, encouraging interests and hobbies and assisting with morning and evening routines.
Previous experience is not essential. What we look for are caring and thoughtful people who share our vision to support others as you would your own family. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful and enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
Qualifications
We are offering guaranteed hours contracts for evening and weekend work. The benefit of these contracts is that you can be sure of a minimum income each month. The guaranteed contract starts from 10 hours a week upwards.
