Job Description
We are seeking individuals who have a kind and compassionate heart and who are ready to complete our FREE award-winning training, so they can provide the best in-home care to vulnerable adults around our local area.
As a Home Care Assistant, we can offer you:
- Free award-winning, industry-leading training.
- Above industry average wage of £12.75 per hour.
- FREE Blue Light card - national discount card with hundreds of retailers.
- Refer a friend bonus – earn when you refer a friend (Unlimited).
- Paid travel time and mileage up to 45 ppm.
- 20 days holiday a year plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata).
- Matching you to clients based on similar interests and hobbies to help you and your client enjoy your time together.
- Minimum visits of one hour so there is plenty of time to complete tasks and get to know your client.
- Weekend hours with the opportunity to add additional client visits throughout the week.
Duties will include:
Home help and light housekeeping. Help clients maintain their independence by assisting them with household chores.
Personal care. Help your client with their mobility or to get ready to start or finish their day, assistance with bathing, etc.
Companionship. Keep your client company or take trips around the local area that you will both enjoy.
Other support. From medication reminders, help with shopping and other support.
