We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. Working closely with the team, the Part-Time Administrator will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. Assisting with the preparation of documents and sending brochures Managing and organising files and records Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
