Office Manager Towcester – free parking Employment Type: Flexible, 3-4 days per week, office-based in a beautiful location Salary: £29,000 per annum (equivalent to £14.50 per hour) pro rata based on hours worked) Are you the organized, proactive go-to person that every office needs? This well-established business is looking for an Office Manager, who will be the hub of the Towcester office, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the Managing Director and wider team.

Be the Heart of the Office: Oversee everything from reception and admin to meeting coordination and travel arrangements. Manage Our Space: Coordinate building maintenance, facilities contracts, and lead on health & safety standards. Support Investor Relations: Prepare documents and manage investor meeting logistics with the investment and property teams. Build Our Culture: Organize company events, assist with training, and help foster a positive team environment. What makes a great fit? You have solid experience in office management, with a knack for multi-tasking and problem-solving. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems, you bring top-notch organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of health & safety and facilities oversight? Even better!
