Teaching Tomorrow, an education specialist in Milton Keynes are looking for primary teachers to work across key stage 1 and key stage 2 immediately.

The ideal candidate will inspire young learners, work across different schools in the area and deliver a high standard of education across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 as a primary supply teacher.

This role requires a commitment to helping schools on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis, depending on what you are looking for. We have a great relationship with primary schools in the Milton Keynes area, giving primary teachers a variety of paths for work.

Responsibilities

Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters creativity.
Communicate effectively with students and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and understanding among students.
Organise extracurricular activities that enhance the educational experience and promote social skills.
Stay updated with educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS) is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of all learners in the classroom.
Experience in using technology as an educational tool is advantageous.
