We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide essential support to our customers, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the care they need.

In your role as a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Personal Care:
- Assist customers with daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide support with mobility and transferring to ensure the safety and comfort of individuals.
Companionship:
- Engage in conversations, activities, and hobbies to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Medication Assistance:
- Administer medications according to prescriptions.
- Monitor and report any changes in customers' health conditions.
Meal Assistance:
- Prepare and assist with nutritious meals, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Support customers in maintaining hydration.
Household Support:
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Ensure a safe and tidy environment for customers.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care activities, observations, and any relevant information
Safety and Well-being:
- Monitor and address safety concerns, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Provide emotional support during challenging times
However, it extends beyond these duties; it's about creating a meaningful experience. For some of our customers, we may be their sole daily interaction, so it's essential to deliver a memorable experience.
You require:
Full and valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Located around Maidenhead, Windsor and Bracknell. We will not consider applicants out of the Berkshire area.
