Managing Memory Together are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator with good telephone and interpersonal skills to join our friendly and hardworking team of Administrators across the localities. W orking in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders, the post holder will directly contribute to the efficient running of the Managing Memory Together Service
We believe that an approachable and responsive first point of contact to MMT is essential and we are committed to putting the service users first. We are looking for someone who shares our drive to deliver an excellent administrative service.
This is part-time post 22.5 hours per week. The post holder will be required to work from the office 22.5 hours per week based at Colliers Court , Cinderford
The role requires you to
- To work collaboratively with the Nursing Team to arrange initial assessment appointments, and ensure appointment letters are sent in a timely manner and clinic rooms are booked as required
- To support the production of information packs for the service-users
- To establish good communication with the HQ (Head Quarters) Administrators who process the referrals for the service and with the Community Team Administrators across localities
- To cover across Head Quarters Administrators, and Community Team Administrators across localities to meet service needs.
The successful candidate will also provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Managing Memory Together Service and will need to main Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service and administrative support to clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs.
