We are seeking an administrative support officer to work with the Quality and Performance Team, within a large Primary Care PCN. The Quality and Performance Team is an established small, friendly team. The successful applicant will provide efficient support to the Team, to include word processing, running of reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
To be successful, you will have strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, able to follow complex and detailed instructions, have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to your work. You will provide high quality scheduled and ad-hoc information extraction, analysis and data entry to support clinical performance monitoring. You will be highly motivated and able to manage your own workload, whilst adapting to changing demands and deadlines.
Running to reports from SystmOne Clinical System to extract data for the production of performance reports.
Checking quality and accuracy of data entry to ensure target achievement.
Assist with the production of performance reports by use of Excel applications to monitoring current achievement against set targets.
Assist with the submission of financial target claims, including checking of data and production of evidence.
Provide varied adminstrative support to the Team, as per instructions.

Provide full and efficient adminstrative support to the Quality and Performance Team.
Undertake administrative duties, including extracting and inputting of data and updating database systems.
Receive, distribute and file incoming mail.
Deal with enquiries and requests in a confident and professional manner.
Extract, analyse, translate and enter data into patient records, according to service operating procedures.
Timely collection of appropriate data and statistics, as directed.
To have a comprehensive working knowledge of your area, including processing data.
Attend meetings and take/produce/circulate accurate minutes/action notes as appropriate.
Effectively communicate with PCN staff, healthcare professionals and Trust staff, demonstrating a professional and coureous attitude. This may be in writing, verbally or IT based.
Provide cover within the team as and when required.
Undertake general filing dutieswithin the department.
Participate in departmental training needs and development initiatives, including mandatory training.
Attend mandatory study and professional development study days.
Adhere to Trust policies and procedures.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade.
