Contract Type - Permanent
Part-time (3 days a week)

You will be working for one of Bupa's prestigious corporate clients as a CBT Therapist.
Working onsite with our on-site corporate team, you'll provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across sectors of care to our client's eligible employees. You will be the first point of clinical contact for many employees with potential mental health issues and concerns.
In addition to providing 1-2-1 high intensity CBT sessions you will adopt a person-centred approach and signpost employees to different services if required. There may also be opportunities to support our client with their wider mental health and wellbeing agenda by running group psychoeducation sessions, webinars and workshop events. This role will be site/office based and will involve face to face clinical delivery.
You'll help us make health happen by:
- To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes.
- To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.
- To provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference. Must include face to face or in-person session as remote session will not be considered.
- To adhere to Bupa's case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead and wider therapy team.
- To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client's monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals.
- To provide signposting or onwards referral as and when required.
- To provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as and when required.
- To provide one-off assessments and referral recommendations, when required.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.
- Additional training and experience in other therapeutic modality e.g. psychodynamic, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, counselling and /or psychotherapy
- At least 3-5 years' experience providing CBT interventions, working with clients of working age who have a range of presentations.
- Experience delivering workshops/educational presentations/support groups to a corporate employee population.
