Job Description
Home Instead are recruiting for Community Care Workers across the Belfast/Greater Belfast area to provide high quality care at home services to the elderly within the local area
We are looking for individuals to join our care family that are dedicated to treating others how they wish to be treated, kind hearted with a great big smile to brighten everyone's day.
Your role is to travel throughout the community, visiting the same clients on a weekly basis to provide personal care, domestic assistance and companionship. Build fantastic relationships with clients and families and watch them thrive independently within their own homes.
NO previous care experience is required, full training and ongoing support is provided to all staff members.
The Role:
- Travel throughout the East Renfrewshire area delivering care home services including personal care, domestic tasks and companionship
- Pay rates of £12.00 per hour + mileage contribution
- Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week!
- Minimum 15 minutes travel time between homes
- Variety of contracts from Part Time to Full Time
- Progression opportunities into senior positions such as Senior Care Staff, Supervisor, Management & other business area's

Qualifications
You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. Full training and support will be giving to successful candidates however you do need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
