We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player with excellent organisational skills who can sustain quality in their document production, work collaboratively with colleagues to manage the workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Alongside a variety of responsibilities, you will job share with another administrator to support the clinical team. You will need strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with the team and managers across the organisation, providing responsive and proactive administrative support.
This is a part time post, we are looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Minute taking experience would be an advantage, as this is an essential part of the role.
Previous NHS experience would be an advantage.
To collect, collate and create data reports in various formats for the team manager.
To work within various IT systems and provide clerical and administration support to senior managers as required.
The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and Co-ordinate the efficient running of the service.
