About the Role: In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle queries, manage customer relationships, and support the sales process to raise awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service and support to customers via email, phone, and other channels
- Assist with renewals, product training, and setting up trials and demos
- Follow up on trials to convert them into sales
- Log and report customer feedback to improve our services
- Coordinate with finance to handle invoices, remittances, and payments efficiently
- Support marketing efforts with social media campaigns and customer retention plans
- Maintain consistency in branding and representation at external events
- Conduct peer reviews and quality checks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience: Essential Experience:
- Level 5 qualification (e.g., HND) or higher, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable exceptional customer service experience
- Professional, enthusiastic approach with a positive attitude
- Competency in using CRM systems.
