An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our high-quality mental health services in Kent and Medway. We want to ensure that our services are designed for, and delivered to, the people who need them.
WithYou work in partnership with Vita Health Group (who will be the lead provider across Kent and Medway) and IESO to deliver the Kent and Medway NHS Talking Therapies services. Please be advised this is a home-based role. This role requires later working (12pm-8pm with half hour break) on Mondays and Thursdays.
As a Customer Services Assistant, you will work as part of the administrative team supporting with organising diaries, arranging client bookings, and ensuring our clients have access to relevant information about treatment. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accurate information when updating the record-keeping systems. You will ensure good working relationships are established and maintained with primary care, voluntary and statutory agencies, clients, and WithYou teams and management.
We are flexible with offering full-time or part-time employment providing the core service hours are covered: Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm), Saturday (rota basis 9:30am - 12:30pm). However, we are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who are able to work 5-8pm as part of their core hours at least one day per week.
