ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Distribution Centre as a Packing Team Member. You will be responsible for overseeing automated technology that assists in delivering well packaged and presented order to online customers in an accurate and efficient way. You will support your team and other functions to deliver smooth operations by inspecting packaging for structural integrity and will take action to correct any issues that may arise, as well as performing other operational tasks as required. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail in a previous role
- Previous picking/packing experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial, however not essential
- Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 14kg
- Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
- Demonstrate safe operating practices of automated machinery
AVAILABILITY
- We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary
