Retail Merchandising Team Driver
Are you looking for retail work? Do you like driving and working all over the country? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you looking for a role that is varied and flexible?
As a Retail Merchandising Driver for Momentum Instore, you will be working in major retailers around the country. We will provide you with transport and accommodation, with a team of merchandisers to replenish shelves.
Flexibility is key! The hours and days/nights of work vary with each project, although usually you will be expected to work 11 hour shifts. We aim to keep the work near to home, but you may be needed to travel and stay away from home.
A full UK driving licence is essential as you need to drive yourself and your team colleagues to store. We will provide you with a pool or hire car. You will need to be over 23 years old and been driving for at least two years. This is for insurance purposes.
Knowledge of retailing and experience of planograms and merchandising is useful, but we offer a 13 week training plan to applicants with a great work attitude.
We will fast-track anyone who have previous experience in systems / dressing or team leading.
The nitty-gritty
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will need to:
- Merchandise and replenish shelves using planograms within a set timescale.
- Profile shelving, install equipment and implement display to a high standard.
- Clean and maintain equipment and general housekeeping.
- Lifting and manual handling up to 25kgs may be necessary.
What you can expect from us:
- Starting basic rate at £11.44 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Work is intermittent and the projects you are asked to support could be over days, nights or weekends.
- If you are asked to stay away from home, shared accommodation will be provided.
- Driving to Success Scheme: Drivers who take two, or more passengers in their car can earn an extra 50p an hour per shift

Location: Field Based, regionalised, however travelling and staying away from home is sometimes required
Hours: Shifts are usually 11 hours with a 1 hour unpaid break and a 30 minute paid break
