Brigstock Medical Practice is a modern GP Practice in Thornton Heath Croydon and are committed to providing high standard of care to its patients. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our likeminded team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in clerical and administrative tasks.

*Duties*

- Greet and welcome patients, visitors in a courteous manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette

- Perform data entry tasks accurately

- Maintain reception waiting area and offices are kept clean and tidy

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

- Ensure confidentiality on all matters relating to patients and colleagues is maintained at all times

- Utilise computerised systems for various administrative tasks

- Participate in required training as part of your personal development

-Able to work extended hours as required by Partnership

*Experience*

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,

- Strong typing skills

- Previous experience in dealing with public.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Able to organise workload priorities. Ability to use own judgement and intiative

-Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Pay: £22,368.00-£23,463.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
