Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen operations. As a crucial part of our back-of-house team, you’ll keep our kitchen clean and organised to make sure everything runs smoothly during service.

Responsibilities:

Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Collect and wash up pots and pans from the kitchen.
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
Unload food and equipment deliveries.
Keep the dry store areas organised.
Ensure the refrigerator is clean and organised.
Remove waste and recycling throughout shifts.
Support the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks.

Requirements:

No previous experience required, as full training will be provided.
Good physical health, as the role involves a lot of standing, lifting, and carrying.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
