Location: Aperture House, Pynes Hill, Rydon Lane, Exeter EX2 5SP.
Able to work remotely - this is a hybrid working role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Duration: Starting ASAP until 02/04/2025
The Digital Content Curator role is responsible for supporting operational leadership to the People Digital Programme with maintaining and defining standards of digital communication content for the new platform EVA.
Producing various types of content for EVA, such as Intranet pages content, forms and knowledge articles. Creating engaging and relevant content that captures the audience's attention and promotes the One Devon People Digital brand, product, and message.
This post is key to supporting the delivery of the programme and ensure it is seen to be effectively engaged and reported in the wider system. Key elements of the role include:
- Support the People Digital Comms Lead with defining Communications materials maintaining the standards of the programme.
- Tracking the success of delivered material to further utilise successful communications methods.
- Ability to collate current content and cleanse and customise the messaging to harmonise 6 organisations content to deliver the programme within their values and guidelines.
- Utilise a variety of formats, including text, images, video, audio, and interactive media, to communicate effectively with their target audience
- Possess a range of skills, including writing, graphic design, editing to ensure materials reach the widest audience.
- Collaborate with Change & communications team as well as the technical design team to develop a comprehensive content strategy. This involves cleansing current information, brainstorming new content ideas, and aligning content with programme goals and messaging.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Ensure that all content is free of grammatical errors and follows the NHS style guidelines
- Foster relationships with the audience by actively engaging with them through comments, messages, and interactive content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design are advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to content management and marketing.

Pay: £20.15 per hour
