Medvivo are seeking to recruit an Urgent Care Driver on a temporary contract (until 31st Jan 2025) to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath over the winter period.
This role will involve providing non-clinical support to to our Urgent Care service at times of peak demand. Driving one of our fleet vehicles, you will undertake a suite of driving duties to include:
- Driving Clinicians to a patient's home or to one of our designated Urgent Care bases across Wiltshire in a safe and legal manner – adhering to current driving regulations.
- Perform basic vehicle checks at the beginning and end of shifts – ensuring they are roadworthy, fuelled and fully equipped.
- Accurate recording of all medications and consumables used while on shift.
This role will require the successful candidate to work flexibly across the fixed term contract period, covering bank holiday shifts, evenings, weekends and overnights.

You will be required to:

- Work confidently under pressure and act professionally in emergency or sometimes stressful situations.
Please note a full UK Driving License is essential for this role and you should possess a good level of driving experience.
