As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work within a non-teaching capacity to support learners who have learning difficulties and or disabilities.
You Will
- Support tutors to personalise the preparation of learning/teaching resources, setting up specialist equipment
- Support learners’ development of literacy and / or numeracy skills
- Maintain full, accurate and up to date records
- Engage with performance review and appraisal process
- Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the post
- Have GCSE Maths and English
- Have a passion and interest for working with SEN learners
- Have to be able to satisfy an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company)
