What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate our teamof Front of Houseand Housekeeping(Back of House, Maintenance)to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards
- Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
- Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and (oversee food service operations IF F&B)to maintainour high-quality standards
What you’ll need:
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
- Excellent team management and communication skillswith a warm, genuine approach to people and a capacity to engender trust and win support at all levels
- Commitment to safety and maintaininghigh standards of service
