Responsibilities:
- Our services include CQC registered home care, local heritage projects, suicide prevention programmes and veterans support schemes to individuals in their homes
- Follow care plans to support individuals to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing with the aim of reducing social isolation
- Deliver personal care (when appropriate) to individuals promoting dignity and respect throughout
- Travel across a set area to work with a number of service users per day
- Work in alignment with a support team to provide the highest quality of care experience
- Hours are available between 7am - 10pm we do not provide overnight work.
