Job title: Administrator

Hours: Wednesday 1:15pm - 5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to manage daily tasks effectively.

Duties

Handle general enquiries into the hub and determine the next onward process for the enquirer
Collating information forms, sending forms onwards to individuals, teams, GP’s etc.
To provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service.
Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required.
To provide administrative support for meetings as requested and to ensure follow up action is completed.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a strong understanding of office procedures.
Experience of using Office computer programs including MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
Previous NHS experience is highly desirable.
