An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Assistant to join the Paediatric Therapies Clerical Team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and enthusiastic person to take on a challenging role. Working under the supervision of the Clerical Team Leader the post holder will provide clerical and reception support to the Therapy Clinics and Paediatric therapies service.

Check in Patients ensuring the correct personal details are held in Cerner making any updates necessary to the records.

Ensure documentation is completed and forwarded as necessary.

Sort paper referrals and place in appropriate tray.

Receive and distribute mail.

To action approved freezing and unfreezing of clinics.

To print out clinic lists for the following day.
