Senior Administrator/ Receptionist
Location: Renacres Hospital, Ormskirk
Hours: 26 hours per week, part-time
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

The role:
We currently have a great new opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at Renacres Hospital, based in Ormskirk.
You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.
Duties include looking after main reception, dealing with patient admissions and clinics, booking up follow-up appointments for patients, checking patients details, dealing with self-pay payments, booking in rota's and day to day management of the team.
