What You'll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will include:
- Assisting with personal care (dressing, washing, toileting, etc.)
- Supporting with mobility and daily activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Administering medication and supporting healthcare needs (training provided)
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
