Job Description
The role of a Care Professional is to achieve the highest quality of life for the older members of our community. This means providing basic care but also encouraging activities to keep people active, engaged, and confident.
As Care Professionals we receive:
- £200 welcome onboarding payment for training
- Competitive rates of pay £11.10 - £15.80 per hour.
- Weekend rate £12.00 per hour

As Care Professionals we spend time with our clients finding out what their dreams and wishes are. We visit regular clients at a regular time each day for no less than 1 hour on each visit, giving us enough time to have a heart-to-heart chat and make a real difference to their lives.
Qualifications
- Experience in supporting an older person in a personal capacity is ideal.
- You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
- You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Available to work every other weekend is a must.
- Driving Licence desired to work surrounding areas.
