At Home Instead Senior Care, we provide high quality, person-centered care which enables our clients to live life to the fullest as safely and independently as possible in their own homes where they feel their best.
Whilst prior experience in the care sector would be an advantage you do not need to be trained or qualified to apply as full training will be given to successful candidates.
We carefully match our clients and CAREGivers based on similar hobbies and interest encouraging a natural bond to develop.
As a SENIOR CAREGiver you will in addition to carrying out regular care responsibilities which include non-medical personal care, companionship, home help,meal preparation, support with hobbies & interests, you will also be responsible for leading teams of CAREGivers in delivering tailor made care services to clients and ensuring our high standards are met.
Specific days and times of work can be mutually discussed at the interview stage, but we do require all successful candidates to work either every other weekend or at least one day of the weekend. It is essential you hold a full UK driving license and have your own vehicle.

Qualifications
Prior experiences in a domiciliary care environment and customer service roles will be an advantage but not essential. You will need to have bags of passion for wanting to help the elderly of your community and shed loads of life experience and character to assist our clients to live life to the fullest.
