Job Description
If you have availability from 8 am mornings or afternoons until 7 pm and every other weekend then please apply.
When our Care Professionals meet a client, it isn't a mere introduction; it's the beginning of a bond. We ensure that this initial meeting feels personal, akin to meeting a long-time friend. This is underlined by our “Buddy & Shadow visits" approach. By the time our professionals meet their clients, they know a bit about them and understand the things they enjoy doing - ensuring they are prepared, confident, and understanding of the client's unique needs.
Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes!
- Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
- Companionship and well being support
- Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
- Helping your client access their community by accompanying them for a drive or walk, shopping or appointments.
We understand that valuing our professionals goes beyond training; it encompasses a holistic approach to their well being and satisfaction:
- Competitive Pay: Earn £11.50 from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 for evenings & weekends, and a whopping £25.60 on Bank Holidays.
- Consistent Client Interaction: With a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching, we ensure continuity in care.
- Part-time or full-time positions, including every other weekend off.

Qualifications
A UK driving license and a car are a necessity.
Surprisingly, many members of our compassionate team start with little professional experience in care, although many have cared for a loved one or family member.
