Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
- Support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
- Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as required
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and the Office Team, ensuring open communication and respect.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Willing to go through security checks required for the role

- £13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, £14 per hour outside of these hours, double rates on Bank Holidays.
