We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients. Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.
Home Instead are unique in the care industry and one thing we can promise you, is that you will have enough time to spend building meaningful relationships with your clients, as all of our care visits are a minimum of one hour.
You will support your clients to live happy, independent lives by providing:
- Companionship and help around the home
- Preparation and support with meals
- Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
- Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
- Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, excellent rates of pay and 24/7 supportfrom our office team.
- Excellent rates of pay, £12.00 - £14.50 per hour, with a variety of working hours and shift patterns
- A variety of contracts to fit around your lifestyle (guaranteed hours, or a zero hour contract - you choose!)
- Full or part-time hours available
- All visits are a minimum of an hour
- Paid mileage, 45p per mile & paid car MOT
- Paid training
- Paid shadowing visits
- Ongoing support from Team Leaders
- Regular team meet-ups and social events

Qualifications
Previous Care Experience is not essential, if you have a kind heart and caring nature we provide training to support you through your journey as a Home Instead Care Professional.
