Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham seek compassionate individuals to join our team! Help brighten our clients' weekends by providing support and companionship in the comfort of their own homes.
Role Overview: As a Weekend Care Professional, you'll become an integral part of our clients' lives, offering care, friendship and support during their weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with regular clients through engaging conversation
- Create a safe and welcoming environment by assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Enhance clients' weekends through enjoyable activities (reading, games, local outings)
- Provide occasional personal care assistance: help with washing, dressing and medication for example.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- A warm, caring nature and patience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliability and excellent time management
- Ability to follow care plans with attention to detail
- Previous experience is a bonus but not a necessity
- Own car for client visits and outings (Full driving licence required)
