Job Description
Here at Home Instead Retford and Gainsborough we are always on the lookout for special people from all walks of life to join our amazing team.

How will you help clients:
- Promoting independence and supporting to live and enjoy life to the full
- Companionship - From chatting at home to going out into the community for lunch or an activity
- Assisting with home help tasks ensuring the house is clean, tidy and all laundry is kept on top of
- Meal Preparation, whether its a cooked breakfast or batch cooking for a few days ensuring clients have something they like to eat readily available is important to us all
- Personal Care and medication support promoting dignity and integrity for all clients
- Assistance with mobility around the house and exercises for therapy

Qualifications
- Full and valid driver license with use of own vehicle is required for this role due to the rural location and high demand for our services
- Flexibility of available working hours - including evenings and alternate weekends for 20+ desired hours
- Have a passion and drive to care for those around them
All applicants must have a valid proof of right to work in the UK and are subject to an enhanced DBS check and references
