Job Description
We are looking for a passionate person with excellent communication and people skills to work as part of Home Instead, responsible for delivering dementia support and home care across South Liverpool.
- £12.00 p/h plus holiday pay, plus mileage.

We’re looking for Care Professionals who are kind, compassionate and who by understanding our values and our mission, are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. To ensure continuity for both Clients and Care Professionals, you will see the same Clients every week, with a minimum of 1 hour visits, enabling you to build a relationship and a routine focused around quality of life in the comfort of the clients home.
- You will have regular clients to make sure you are able to build professional relationships with them.
- Travel time is always allocated separate to the call duration.
- No Uniform- this breaks down the barrier to clients resistant to care.
Being a Care Assistant means you need to be adaptable, personable but ultimately put others first. Your role may include:
- Companionship
- Helping with personal care
- Helping with mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10+ per week
