What We Offer:

- £12.00 per hour with an uplift on bank Holidays

Job Description
Are you looking for Part Time Weekend Care work in the community?
Our team in St Helens are looking for kind and compassionate Care Assistants who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients in St Helens.
As a Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide a range of care services to older adults living in their own home including a mix of:
- Provide emotional support to our elderly clients
- Personal care
- Helping with medication
- Support our clients with everyday tasks that have become a challenge
- Be a reliable presence and familiar face
- Building bonds of trust and friendship
At Home Instead St Helens our Care Professionals not only deliver high quality care, they are companions, confidants, and a source of strength in challenging times for our elderly clients. As you will be caring for clients across St Helens having access to a car is desirable but not essential
Qualifications
Particular qualifications are not required to become a Care Professional as you will receive full training. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You must also be dependable, trustworthy and respectful, and enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
A full drivers' license and access to a reliable car are preferable but not essential.
