Job Description
We are looking for people in and around ESSEX to work in ESSEX areas from Woodham Ferrers to Bradwell-On-Sea, Tillingham, Wickford, Rayleigh, Rochford, Hockley, Southminster, Maylandsea, Canewdon, Churchend, Burnham-On-Crouch, Monsale, Ostend, Purleigh etc..We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team located in South Woodham Ferrers as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

All of our CAREGiver’s are handpicked for their naturally caring nature. They then go through the comprehensive award winning Home Instead training program. Learning and development continues throughout a CAREGivers career with specialist training in areas such as dementia care and palliative care. We nurture and look after their wellbeing so they are always able to deliver the highest quality of care.

Terms and conditions - £75 for working 37hours a week including evenings and alternate weekends, half of the Joining Bonus are paid at end of month 4 and then month 9 after joining, must be a driver with access to their own car. The joining bonus will be recoverable if you leave our company before 6months. This offer is valid for applications received by 31st October 2022
