The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Welwyn, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Borehamwood areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care in the UK.
We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - talk to us and tell us what suits you best.
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work daily, we will try to work with your availability - retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends or keen to give something back then give us a call.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.

You will assist with personal care, washing and getting people ready for the day, or for bed in the evening if those are the hours that suit you best. Light housework duties and of course companionship care which makes life worth living for a lot of lonely people.
* We offer a flexible start and end time to your working day.
* We are seeking people who live in our community, see above for areas covered.
* Great pay rates £12.00 - £24.00 per hour, average pay is £14.00 per hour.
* Paid travel £0.30/per mile and £0.45/per mile when with client.
* We have introduced pay when travelling between clients (some restrictions apply).
* Minimum 1-hour visits.
* Paid to undertake workshop & e-learning training.

Qualifications
We offer full training opportunities for suitable candidates but you must have:
Full UK clean driving licence + own car - Essential.
You must live locally and within our franchise area - Essential.
You must have the Right To Work in the UK.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
