The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.
We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you and let us work our magic (within reason).
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day - so if you are, retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends or keen to give something back, then give us a call.
We do require all staff work the agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence to enable you to apply for the compulsory class of insurance necessary.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description
We provide our clients with a comprehensive service that incorporates all aspects of care including, personal care, medication supervision, light housework and of course companionship.
We are happy to fully train those without experience and welcome those who have previously worked in any aspect of the care sector, ensuring your continuous professional development throughout your career with Home Instead.

Financially:
* Hourly rates starting at £12.00 per hour, evenings and weekends higher pay rates.
* £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile travel expenses.
* Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).
* Holiday pay & Pension.
* All time spent training is fully paid including any e-learning.

Qualifications
If you are interested in our job opportunities, the following is essential:
* Own your own transport, with valid UK driving licence.
* Live in Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Hatfield & Welwyn areas.
* Available to work alternate weekends.
* No restrictions on your Right to Work in the UK.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
